Smoke Fiends’ Chilly the Penguin directs exhaled smoke through a six-stage filtration system before the air is released. This system retains smoke particles and reduces the spread of odours. Its penguin-shaped housing gives this personal filter an immediately recognisable identity.

Six stages inside Chilly the Penguin

Several materials work successively inside. A HEPA-quality filter medium captures fine particles, while activated carbon acts on odours. Silica gel and Drytech particles absorb moisture. Additional layers complete the path followed by exhaled smoke.

Chilly is designed to filter exhaled smoke. Simply exhale directly into the filter to pass the smoke through all the stages.

More than 300 exhalations per filter

Each cartridge handles more than 300 exhalations. The inner filter can then be replaced while the outer body continues to be used. The cartridge cannot be washed and must remain dry.

A reusable medical-grade silicone housing

Chilly’s body is made from medical-grade silicone. It protects the filter inside and can be cleaned with lukewarm water and mild soap. The housing must be dry before inserting the cartridge again to avoid wetting the filter materials.

A compact penguin to take with you

Its lightweight, space-saving format fits easily in a pocket or bag. The integrated keyring attachment also allows Chilly to be attached to a keyring. The filter is therefore suitable for use at home or while travelling.

Chilly’s housing measures approximately 4.9 cm in depth, 6.1 cm in width and 8.6 cm in height. These dimensions define its pocket-sized format without altering access to the cartridge inside.

The filter components are biodegradable. This property concerns the filter components and not the reusable medical-grade silicone housing, which continues to be used after complete cleaning and drying.
