You do not need to enter a promotional code. When your order meets the requirements for free delivery, the corresponding delivery options are displayed when you place your order.

Delivery throughout Switzerland
Gaiabis delivers orders throughout Switzerland. Shipments are entrusted to La Poste Suisse to benefit from a distribution network suited to national deliveries.
We currently do not offer delivery abroad. This organisation allows us to focus our online service on the Swiss market and on the conditions applicable to the products we offer.
Tracked parcels
Orders shipped by Gaiabis include La Poste Suisse tracking. Once the shipment has been accepted, tracking information allows you to check the progress of the delivery.
The tracking number is provided when shipping information becomes available, so that you can track the progress of your parcel.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time depends in particular on when the order was placed, its preparation, the available shipping method and processing by La Poste Suisse.
