From CHF 30 spent after discounts, choose your gifts directly in the cart. Every CHF spent on purchased items earns 1 gift point. Share your points between several identical or different gifts, subject to available stock.
How to use your gift points
- Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Open “Your gifts” to see your balance and the available gifts.
- Add your chosen gifts. Each unit uses the number of points displayed.
- Check your gifts before confirming the order. Remove one unit to recover its points.
30, 40, 50 or 80 points per gift
Current gifts cost 30, 40, 50 or 80 points per unit. CHF 100 spent after discounts gives you 100 points. Choosing a gift for 30 points leaves 70 points. You can then add another 30-point gift and a 40-point gift, or choose two 50-point gifts from the start.
Gifts limited to one per order
Max. one free pen in total, regardless of model, and max. one Extract Lab balm sample per order. Other gifts can be combined within your points, available stock and the limits shown in the basket.
Points are whole numbers, rounded down: CHF 100.90 spent after discounts earns 100 points.
All eligible gifts are shown by default in three categories: Smoking, Wellness and Goodies. Pens and the magnet belong only to Goodies. In the basket, Smoking or Wellness appears first depending on purchased items, followed by the other category; Goodies is always last. Within each category, gifts are ordered from highest to lowest point cost. The All gifts, Smoking, Wellness and Goodies buttons stay visible so you can filter freely without removing gifts already added.
Which amount earns points?
Points are based on the tax-inclusive value of purchased items after discounts, excluding delivery, gift wrapping and free gifts. No specific product category or gift code is required. Gifts are not added automatically.
If you change your cart or apply a discount, your balance is recalculated. Gifts that exceed the available points are removed, so check your selection before ordering. Points are only valid for this order: they cannot be carried over or exchanged for money.
Gifts start at 30 points. Delivery in Switzerland remains free from CHF 40 under the delivery terms. These are two separate benefits.
