Gaiabis is an independent Swiss brand specialising in CBD, hemp, accessories and well-being. Operated by GaiaLab Sàrl, it now brings together an online shop for the Swiss market and a physical space where customers can discover products, ask questions and receive advice.

Our ambition is not simply to offer products. We want to build a coherent world in which it is easier to understand, compare and choose, with clear information, an organised selection and an approach free from exaggerated promises.

A story built on the ground

Gaiabis is led by Baptiste and Hélène, following several years of direct experience in the world of CBD and specialised retail. The project gradually took on its independent form with the desire to develop a brand closer to their vision: a coherent selection, accessible information, fair value for money and a straightforward relationship with customers.

The physical shop played an important role in this development. Daily interactions with customers, their questions, expectations and feedback continue to help shape the catalogue and content offered on gaiabis.ch.

A selection first and foremost, not accumulation

At Gaiabis, we do not want to fill the catalogue simply to display more references. Every product must have a reason to be part of our selection: meet a need, complement a range, offer an interesting alternative or provide a genuinely useful additional choice.
