Terms of Use (TOU)
1. Website presentation
The Gaiabis website, operated by GaiaLab Sàrl, sells products made from legal hemp, accessories and related items. Use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use.
2. Website access
Some services are reserved for identified customers after they have created a personal account.
3. Products
All products offered comply with Swiss legislation. Their sale is strictly reserved for adults (18 years of age or over).
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions and these TOU.
GaiaLab Sàrl reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute, abuse or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered on the website (bank card, PostFinance, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, etc.). All transactions are secure and processed by approved service providers.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped exclusively within Switzerland via Swiss Post. Delivery times vary depending on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed. Orders are prepared and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery charges:
- PostPac Economy parcel: CHF 4.90
- PostPac Priority parcel: CHF 7.85
- Free delivery on purchases of CHF 40.– or more
Charges are clearly indicated during checkout before payment, in accordance with legal requirements and payment service provider standards.
GaiaLab Sàrl cannot be held liable for delays or incidents attributable to the carrier.
7. Returns and withdrawal
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order, in accordance with our commercial policy. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Return costs are borne by the customer, and no return will be accepted without prior approval.

8. Data protection
Personal data is processed confidentially and used only in connection with the business relationship (order management, communication, invoicing, etc.). It is neither sold, rented nor disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Technical and organisational measures are implemented to ensure its security and integrity.
9. Liability
GaiaLab Sàrl accepts no liability for inappropriate or illegal use of purchased products. The user is solely responsible for how they use them.
10. Changes to the TOU
GaiaLab Sàrl reserves the right to amend these TOU at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the canton of Fribourg shall have jurisdiction.
