At Gaiabis, delivery is free from CHF 40.– worth of purchases for orders shipped in Switzerland. The aim is simple: to enable you to order online without adding delivery costs once this amount has been reached.
Final information concerning delivery and any applicable charges is always displayed directly in your basket and when you check out your order.
How can I benefit from free delivery?
You do not need to enter a promotional code. When your order meets the requirements for free delivery, the corresponding delivery options are displayed when you place your order.
This allows you to check your basket total and the delivery conditions before confirming your purchase.
Delivery throughout Switzerland
Gaiabis delivers orders throughout Switzerland. Shipments are entrusted to La Poste Suisse to benefit from a distribution network suited to national deliveries.
We currently do not offer delivery abroad. This organisation allows us to focus our online service on the Swiss market and on the conditions applicable to the products we offer.
Tracked parcels
Orders shipped by Gaiabis include La Poste Suisse tracking. Once the shipment has been accepted, tracking information allows you to check the progress of the delivery.
The tracking number is provided when shipping information becomes available, so that you can track the progress of your parcel.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time depends in particular on when the order was placed, its preparation, the available shipping method and processing by La Poste Suisse.
When we have a delivery estimate, it is indicated on gaiabis.ch. Once the parcel has been shipped, La Poste Suisse tracking remains the most accurate source for checking the actual progress of the shipment.
What about an order below CHF 40.–?
You can of course place an order for less than CHF 40.–. In this case, the available delivery charges and options are shown directly in the basket before you confirm your order.
You remain free to order only what you need, without any obligation to reach the free-delivery threshold.
Free delivery and Gaiabis gifts: two separate benefits
From CHF 30 spent after discounts, choose gifts with your cart points. Points are whole numbers, rounded down: CHF 100.90 spent after discounts earns 100 points. Max. one free pen in total, regardless of model, and max. one Extract Lab balm sample per order. Other gifts can be combined within your points, available stock and the limits shown in the basket. Gifts start at 30 points. Delivery in Switzerland remains free from CHF 40 under the delivery terms. These are two separate benefits.

A free-delivery threshold makes it possible to maintain a simple, easy-to-understand rule: from CHF 40.– worth of purchases, delivery may be free according to the conditions displayed when the order is placed.
We prefer to present this condition clearly rather than artificially include the shipping cost in the price of each product.
